Academic advisor
Full Time | On Campus- Counsel students and apprise them with program features, pedagogy, fee structures.
- Responsible for managing & converting leads .
- Attend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries in walk-ins
- To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the student.
- Identifying references through existing bases to help increase the pipeline.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for student experience and ensure their queries are resolved immediately through calls or emails.
- Take regular follow-ups from students in terms of application filling and fee payment.
- Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance more ability.
HR Executive
Full Time | Field + Office- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Assess training needs & coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Monitor HR department’s budget.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
- Manage employees’ grievances.
- Review current HR technology & effective software (including HRIS & ATS).
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Software Testing trainer
Full Time | On Campus- Providing training on Manual Testing/Automation Testing/API testing/Lead runner/Database testing/Android Testing.
- Responsible for handling lectures & solving queries of students .
- Handling workshops and seminars
- Providing demo lectures to students interested to do courses.
- Guide students with projects.
- Prepare students for facing interviews.
- Take regular follow-ups from students .

Business Development Executive
Full Time | On Campus- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing client's feedback and implementing necessary changes.
